Unlike the formulated approach taken by many photography studios, sessions at A Child’s Studio are meant to be unplanned, unstructured, artistic events. We take pictures of children as they really are. Each session takes about an hour. Parents coming into a session should take the most relaxed attitude possible, treating it more like a casual stop than a focal point of the day. Kids should be dressed in their everyday clothes, so they look like themselves. Our studio is a very relaxed, creative, non-threatening environment. We want both parent and children to enjoy the portrait experience not just survive it. We do a lot of gentle teasing, so parents be prepared! You may be named " Mr. and Mrs. Stinky Toes" for artistic purposes.
